Zine making is often used as a method of self-care, so we want our zits and zines to get to you in the cleanest, cutest, best way possible. Each kit is handmade and each package, put put together in our studio. Every effort is taken to make this process Covid-19 safe, so all you need to worry about is what zine you're going to make next.

Shipping & Returns

Faulty Items.

If you've received your order and an item is broken, you have 14 days from receiving the order to request a replacement part. Please email with your order number and which item is faulty. It's helpful if you can include photo evidence.

Sometimes items get lost or damaged in the post.

We can only replace faulty or broken items inside the product packaging, as these should be protected. If an item is presumed lost, please email us within 30 days of your order, with your order number, and we will send you out a new item. Overseas orders come with tracking, so please get in touch if you're worried so we can check in with our courier provider.

Returning an item that you no longer want.

As each item is handmade to order so we cannot accept returns from items customers no longer want or need.
