Grrrls Zine Library houses over 200 feminist & lgbtqia* specific zines.

Originally built with award winning architecture collective InSitu, as a pavilion at arts festival Village Green - the pop up library has grown and evolved with each new event, aiming to represent marginalised voices within self publishing.

Its design functions both as an accessible and interactive installation and as a showcase for the zines that inhabit it. Colourful, adaptable and portable; the Grrrl Zine Library is able to bring history and print culture directly into spaces and ignite conversation around contemporary feminism.

The library has been built from donations from lovely zine makers and zines purchased with funding.

If you feel like your zine matches our ethos and you would like to donate it, please send us an email. If there's a zine you'd really recommend, please also send it our way- message

If you're interested in contributing your zine or hosting the Grrrl library at your event send an email over to us at
